How to cancel ChatGPT Plus

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel plan.
Before you cancel
- Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
- Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If ChatGPT Plus charges you again, that's your proof.
