How to cancel ClassPass

Sign in at classpass.com/account, open Membership settings, and choose Cancel membership (you may be offered a pause instead).

Before you cancel

• Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
• Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If ClassPass charges you again, that's your proof.
• Watch your next statement. Zombie charges after cancellation are common — it's the #1 thing our members ask us to fight.
