ClubWPT bills you directly (there’s no App Store or Google Play middleman), so you cancel through your account or by phone — you don’t have to hunt through a third party. The one thing to check first: your next billing date, because timing decides whether you dodge the next charge.
Cancel online in the poker lobby (most members)
This is the primary self-service route ClubWPT points members to on its cancellation page.
- Log in to the ClubWPT poker lobby.
- Click the menu icon in the top-left corner.
- Select My Account, then Manage My Membership.
- In the popup that appears, scroll down and click the Cancel My Membership link, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Save the confirmation you receive — it’s your proof the request went through.
Cancel by phone
If you’d rather have an agent handle it, ClubWPT lists a Membership Coordinator line.
- Call (702) 430-9706.
- Reach out Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM EST, when the line is staffed.
- Ask the coordinator to cancel your membership and give them your account details when prompted.
- Request a cancellation confirmation for your records.
Timing: cancel before these deadlines
ClubWPT won’t charge you for the next period only if you act inside the right window.
- On a free trial? Cancel any time within your first 14 days and you won’t be charged. A card or bank detail is required to start the trial, but nothing is billed during it.
- Already a paying member? Per the VIP and Diamond terms, you can cancel up to 5 days before your next billing period to avoid being billed for that next period.
- Cutting it close? Waiting until the renewal date risks another charge, so give yourself a buffer.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn’t claw back money you’ve already paid. ClubWPT states it will not refund any fees accrued to your account before you canceled, and Super SATurdays memberships are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable in whole or in part.
Your paid access typically continues through the end of the current billing period rather than ending the moment you cancel. If you were charged in error or believe something’s wrong, contact support quickly — refunds outside the trial window are rare and handled case by case, not guaranteed.
