How to cancel Netflix

Sign in at netflix.com, open Account, then choose Cancel Membership under Membership & Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Before you cancel

• Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
• Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If Netflix charges you again, that's your proof.
• Watch your next statement. Zombie charges after cancellation are common — it's the #1 thing our members ask us to fight.
