How to cancel Peloton

Sign in at onepeloton.com/mymembership and choose Cancel. App-only memberships can also be cancelled via your app store.

Before you cancel

• Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
• Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If Peloton charges you again, that's your proof.
• Watch your next statement. Zombie charges after cancellation are common — it's the #1 thing our members ask us to fight.
