How to cancel SiriusXM

SiriusXM usually requires chat or phone to cancel: sign in at siriusxm.com/account and use the chat option, or call their listener care line. Expect a retention offer.

Before you cancel

• Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
• Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If SiriusXM charges you again, that's your proof.
