How to cancel Starbucks

Cancel Starbucks from the account, billing, or subscription page where the membership is managed.

Cancellation steps

  1. Sign in to Starbucks and open the account, billing, membership, or subscription settings page.
  2. Choose the cancel, end membership, or turn off renewal option.
  3. Follow the confirmation prompts and keep the confirmation email or screenshot.

Billing after cancellation

Most subscriptions remain usable until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, a carrier, a TV provider, or another partner, cancellation usually has to happen through that billing provider.

Before you cancel

  • Deleting an app or signing out does not cancel a paid subscription.
  • Check the next renewal date before cancelling, especially for annual plans and trials.
  • Save the final cancellation confirmation and watch the next bank or card statement.
