How to cancel Uber One

In the Uber or Uber Eats app: Account → Uber One → Manage membership → End membership (at least 48 hours before renewal).
Before you cancel
- Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
- Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If Uber One charges you again, that's your proof.
- Watch your next statement. Zombie charges after cancellation are common — it's the #1 thing our members ask us to fight.
