How to cancel Xbox Game Pass

Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services, find Game Pass, choose Manage → Cancel. Turn off recurring billing to let it lapse instead.

Before you cancel

• Check when your current billing period ends — most subscriptions stay active until then, so cancelling early rarely loses you anything.
• Screenshot or save the cancellation confirmation. If Xbox Game Pass charges you again, that's your proof.
